“Andrew has come up with some very attractive and richly textured arrangements where the ‘treats’ are nicely shared out between all eight ‘cellists – the overall effect is very harmonious and will prove fun for players and listeners alike”
“I cannot recommend Andrew Nesbitt’s arrangements highly enough – they are not only superbly written but both innovative and great fun to play. They would suit perfectly a student ensemble where they could be used as an extremely entertaining tool in teaching good ensemble playing but also a professional cello section would certainly enliven a concert with these excellent arrangements. As principal cello of the BBC Philharmonic I have no hesitation in endorsing Andrew’s work and indeed look forward to my section performing it in the near future”
